Due to the pandemic my procedures have changed. Please read the following carefully.

Physical Distance

To ensure physical distance between patients all dogs are being treated without the parents in the room. There is a safety zone outside of the door, please stay 2 meters away from the x-pen if I’m in that area.

Please stay in or around your car if you arrive early. I will call you in when I’m ready to see you.

Covid-19 symptoms

If you or someone in your household is experiencing flu/cold symptoms, please cancel or reschedule your appointment. There will be no cancellation fee.

Personal protective equipment

If I can’t see the dog/cat on my own and you have to join me in the room, it is now mandatory to wear a mask. At this point a cloth mask or non-medical face mask are sufficient. I will provide you with a mask, if you don’t have one.

Masks are now mandatory.

Hand hygiene

I will wash my hands in between every patient that I see.

Payment

Payment is ideally done by tap or e-transfer but can be done by my POS machine as well.
